Cold Storage rooms
PDG Fruct operates 7 new cold storage rooms, each with a capacity of 120 tons, and 2 pre-cooling chambers capable of handling 20 tons of products. The pre-cooling process takes between 3 to 6 hours, depending on the specific product’s requirements.
The facility is equipped with modern Italian-made equipment, monitored and controlled by high-performance computer systems to ensure optimal storage conditions.
All products are stored in compliance with European standards, and customers have real-time access to temperature records for their stored goods, ensuring transparency and control over storage conditions.
The cold storage facility is fully equipped with forklift trucks, certified weighing systems, and qualified personnel for the efficient handling and management of goods.
